Wolfshöhlenausstellung
Die
Wolfshöhlenausstellung im Feitzeitzentrum Pyhävuori
ist eine teilweise audiovisuell dargebotene Darstellung der Landschaft
und des Lebens in der Wolfshöhle und deren Umgebung vor 120
000 Jahren. Wichtige Bestandteile der Ausstellung sind die
Miniaturmodelle der Höhle und deren Umgebung sowie die
Rekonstruktionen der Neandertaler. Besucher bekommt einen Eindruck von
Klimaänderungen, Flora und Fauna des Gebiets und insbesondere
vom Leben und den Lebensweisen der Neandertaler vor der letzten Eiszeit.
Darüber
hinaus umfasst die Ausstellung einen traditionelleren Teil, zu dem
Fundstücke der Höhle, Texte und Bilder von
Ausgrabungsergebnissen sowie Information über den Berg
Pyhävuori gehören.
Raimo
Henttonen, Initiator der Ausstellung, hat das Manuskript für
die audiovisuelle Darbietung geschrieben. Der Museumsleiter Eirik
Granqvist ist für die Nachbildungen der Neandertaler und
Heikki Oikkonen für die Miniaturmodelle
verantwortlich.

agreement. The exhibition can be viewed only in company with a guide.
